COMMUNITY
OUTREACH
Mark the Map Activity
December and February meeting participants put a pin on the map to show the general location of where they live. This helps the project team understand what areas of the Parish are represented in engagement efforts and where more outreach is needed.

Community Meeting Recaps
There were approximately 50 attendees at each community meeting on December 11, 2024 and February 18, 2025. The notes below summarize the comments and discussion that took place during the two meetings.

Community Outreach & Engagement
A Community Outreach & Engagement (O&E) Plan is underway for this project and can be viewed by clicking the green button below. The Parish will use a wide variety of engagement techniques and means of distributing information in an effort to reach as many people as possible. This will include in-person and online techniques such as meetings, surveys, tabling at community events, stakeholder interviews, and more.
The Project Team will post status updates and results of these engagement opportunities to this website as the community input continues to grow. If you have any ideas for community engagement or groups who should be involved, please let us know!

Note: highlighted text in the O&E Plan represents progress as of February 5, 2025.
